As winter sets in, and the days are getting shorter, the nights colder. Its important that you don't let it bring you down. In winter, we all feel a lack of motivation and drive. Often finding a spot on the couch much more appealing than working out, or exercising.

Be strong, remember Winter is only 3months, and on the other side, Spring. The sun will shine, the days will again get longer and our moods will improve. Don't waste your winter, use it to help you better prepare for next spring and summer.

  • Improves mental health - Aerobic activity, that is exercising which increases your heart rate plus resistance exercise helps with depression and anxiety

  • Makes you feel good - boosts production of the "feel good" chemicals in your brain

  • Distraction - Helps you get away, even for a short period, exercising is a time where you don't need to think about anything else, besides the activity you are doing

  • Sleep - exercising helps you sleep better

  • Increase energy levels - exercising regularly gives you more energy, more clarity and make your time more productive
