We offer a free initial consultation to discuss your special needs and goals and work out which of our packages best suits your lifestyle and budget.

 

Once you have decided on a package, we pair you up with a trainer that most suits your personality, goals and availability. You will be taken through your individual program, set by your trainer each week, at your preferred time. This builds consistency and routine and is beneficial in achieving your goals.
