The Playground, Unique To A'Hern Fitness

 

A'Hern Fitness now has its very own outdoor training facility, The Playground. So you can now add outdoor training to your programs with your trainer, while still enjoying the privacy and comfortable environment.

 

Now all clients at A'Hern Fitness can enjoy the outdoors during their sessions. The Playground, is a combination of strength and cardio equipment specifically designed to add variety to your workouts.

 

Including a 20 metre running track, perfect for doing the beep test. For those of you unaware, the beep test is a 20 metre shuttle run, done to timed beeps. At the end of the test you are given a universal score. This test is also used by all military services for entry level fitness testing.

 

The centre piece of the new playground, is of course are the monkey bars, bringing flashbacks and memories of our childhood school days. Also used by some of our clients for training for Tough Mudder competitions and other adventure sports.
