Nick A'Hern
After a lifetime of dedication to Elite sport Nick realised that exercise had helped shape his life. He wanted to share that with others, so decided to do so by creating A'Hern Fitness Sometimes its hare to believe how far we have come. A very hard working team have my back everyday and we continue to learn from our experiences.
Outside of work, Nick enjoys bushwalking, mountain bike riding and gardening/landscaping.
He also coach's and mentor's athletes to assist them in their goals. Nick really enjoy working with such motivated people, they continue to inspire him everyday.

Jennifer A'Hern
Jennifer met Nick when he was an athlete and after Nicks retirement Nick came to her with an idea of opening ahern fitness. She was behind him 100%.
Having always loved sport and exercise growing up, Jennifer still love competing in fun runs and triathlons. Not as competitive but loves the fun and joy it brings to her life and others around her. She also enjoy bushwalking, camping and mountain bike riding.
The part Jen loves most about my job is the satisfaction she get in helping others make positive changes to their lives, and how she can assist them in their journey to a better life, through fitness, strength, balance and overall health.

Victoria Sulwood
Victoria always knew growing up she wanted to work in an area that helped people live the best life they could. Having always been active and into sports throughout life, growing up playing hockey, tennis, touch football and bike riding. What better way to combine two passions together for work! Through studying a Bachelor of Exercise Science, she fell in love with the idea of using exercise to help a person through their particular rehabilitation process. Victoria is now an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, working with geriatric patients with chronic/ complex conditions in the Falls Prevention program at Calvary Deakin along with multiple clients at A'Hern Fitness. Her area of interest is neurological/ musculoskeletal rehabilitation, focusing on core/ lower back and lower limb conditions.
Outside of work she enjoys bush walking, bike riding, catching up with friends, eating delicious food and just generally enjoying life!

Sian A'Hern
Sian is one of our newest member to the team, but don't let that think she will be easy on you. Her tough workouts inspired by her own training for her sport gives her an edge to help you.
Sian is also one of our supported athletes, having in 2016 becoming Junior Female World Cup Series Champion in Downhill Mountain biking.
Australian Junior National Champion and the overall winner in the 2016 National series.
2017 was her first year of Elite competition where she achieved a silver medal at the 2017 Australian National Championships after coming back from a few minor setbacks and injury. Going onto a 10th place at the World Championships.
Her hobbies include riding all kinds of bikes, from XC to motos. She loves to keep fit and spending time with family and friends

Matt Jones
Matt has coached Junior Rugby League for 8 years and has been involved in Martial Arts training for 6 years. After working as a mechanic, Matt has made the move into personal training where he can apply his love of sports and training into helping others achieve their goals.
Matt competes in all forms of events, boxing, kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He understand the preparation both mentally and physically to be able to achieve your goals. Using this knowledge and strategies, Matt brings alot of fun and energy to the studio, with his fast moving, functional exercise programs to help you reach your full potential.

Tina Sykes
Tina has always had a passion for fitness, health and overall wellbeing. She loves working with and meeting new people - combining the two to help clients feel good about and reach their fitness goals. IShe has been at A’Hern Fitness for over 7 years, loving the sense of community and positive support it offers all our clients. Tina is a strong believer in a healthy balanced approach to fitness - mobility, stability and strength.
Keeping fit and active is important to her, but you can also find her reading a good book, eating out, or cooking for her family and friends!

Michelle Ford
Michelle likes to be active and healthy and she enjoys helping people. So when the opportunity came up where she could combine the two as a Personal Trainer, she jumped at it. She gained her qualifications as a Personal Trainer in February 2016. Michelle really enjoys helping people to achieve their fitness goals. She delivers a fun and relaxed training sessions that combine both strength and cardio. Outside of Personal Training Michelle loves spending time with her family and friends, getting outdoors and enjoying nature. Her latest adventure has been learning to sail and she is enjoying it so much she thinks sailing may become a new passion of mine!

Natasha Perry
Natasha has always seen herself working in an industry dedicated to helping people live a happy and healthy life. Two years ago, she decided to complete my Certificate IV in personal training and pursue her passion for fitness. Since completing her Certificate IV in personal training and now having started a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Canberra with the aim to continue her learning into Rehabilitation. Joining the A’Hern Fitness team has been a great start to her personal training career with the support from the trainers and amazing clients. Through continued learning she hope to grow as a trainer to help her clients achieve their goals.

Tracey Hawke
As a personal trainer Tracet is happy to support, and work toward, her clients’ goals, whether they are training for an event or just decreasing the risk of major health conditions. Tracey does also enjoy doing resistance weights and cardio activities because she likes feeling strong and fit. Tracey is also aware of the health benefits gained from these activities and shares this with her clients In her spare time Tracey is always in pursuit of leisure activities such as bushwalking and mountain bike riding. Regular exercise makes these activities more enjoyable.

Malcolm Kerec
Mal made the move into the fitness industry in 2011, transferring his passion for fitness into a career. After a realisation that he was way out of shape in his mid 30's, Mal took up the sport of triathlon and returned to his love of playing Rugby. Within a few years, he had transformed from a couch potato into competing in Ironman Triathlons, the most gruelling of endurance sporting events. His passion for fitness grew until he left his previous career and moved full-time into Personal Training. Mal enjoys helping his clients change their lives through their fitness, and has a particular interest in using exercise to improve not just physical health but also mental and emotional wellbeing. As a trainer, Mal incorporates a mix of strength and cardio exercises, with a focus on functionality as well as fun.

Nicole Stevenson
Nicole has had three years experience in the fitness industry working with a diverse range of clients, She specialises in prehab and rehab conditioning.
She is very passionate and committed to work with clients to achieve their goals. Whether it be weight loss or strength based workouts.
Nicole is also a massage therapist and have a extensive understanding on the body and the best ways to improve health and fitness, as well as combating problem areas.

Sharon Sloan
Sharon is a motivational personal trainer. Being a competitive dragon boat paddler and having experience in competing at local, state, national and international competitions (including representing Australia), Sharon brings similar professionalism and energy to her personal training service.
Sharon is passionate about helping people live their life to the fullest and improving their quality of life. As a Personal Trainer, she is committed to ensuring that her clients not only meet, but exceed their goals.
She is skilled in providing amazing small group sessions but also loves the attention to detail in her one-on-one personalised sessions
