A'Hern Fitness is happy again to be a part of the CBR 100 Challenge. After the huge success of the inaugural event earlier this year, the event has been scheduled for the weekend of 5–6 March 2016.
Whether you are thinking of doing the 25km, the 50km or the full 100km. We have worked training programs that are designed specifically for walkers of all fitness levels. Please read the CBR 100 Training Program Overview in conjunction with the Training Program for your specific distance on the CBR100 Challenge website.
Also as part of our involvement with the CBR100 Challenge we are offering group training packages to all competitors at a discounted rate. These circuit classes will mix strength, conditioning and fitness to better equip you for the walk or run in March.
